What would you say to a ten year old who wants to fly?
Not on feather-wings.
This is the 21st century. Kids know what they are talking about.
He wanted to be a pilot.
Not the pilot of boring passenger airlines.
He wanted to fly real aeroplanes. The fighter planes.
He did not remain ten years old forever.
He grew up to be the topper of his class in 12th standard, science stream.
And is studying computer science in the most reputed engineering college of the country.
Did growing up always mean growing out of your dreams?
Was 'being practical' always synonymous with 'following the herd'?

Hi Venuka, this is a real thought provoking stuff.Feels like everyone of us were that 10 year lod some day...
initially there were no herds.as herds were formed-the term practical also originated.animals live in group.they live on other animals.they hunt them using ways taught to them by there parents.legacy continues.very seldom thay die of malnutrition.they r practical they get food everyday.
thats the reason why there has never been 'the animal' and always 'an animal'.one article makes all the difference
Hi,
A thought provoking post.
And why have you stopped writing...expecting a lot of such stuff from you.
After reading about this and about Mithali, I visit your blog atleast once a week to check for any updates and only close it with disappointment....
